Hello! In my last post I showed you the first half of the Doctor Lacquer Elements of Style collection. Now it's time for the second half: (Ba)ck in Style, 24(K), Work the (Ca)twalk, and Who Did Your Mani(Cu)re.
(Ba)ck in Style is a lime green crelly with opalescent glitters. I am not really a fan of the color, but application was good. This is two coats. 24(K) is a smoky grey jelly with purple glitters. It's probably my least favorite of the collection. I liked how easily the glitter spread out, and was impressed with how many larger pieces ended up on the nail. I just don't like the color of the base. Also two coats. Work the (Ca)twalk is an orange creme with blue glitter. Now this one I liked! The base is pigmented just right! It doesn't require a bunch of coats for full coverage, and allows the glitter to show through perfectly. Two coats on this one too! Lastly, Who Did Your Mani(Cu)re... my favorite of the four! I love the color combination of the base and glitters, and I love how it was opaque. Can you tell I am not really a fan of jelly polishes and VNL? Lol. Three coats on that one and all photos are with topcoat.
