Thanksgiving Feast Nails!

YAY! Thanksgiving is here! It's my favorite holiday!! Why? Because of FOOD of course! LOL Well, that and FAMILY TIME! I absolutely LOVE to pig out on the fabulous food my Memmy makes. She is the world's greatest cook, I am so thankful to have her as my Memmy. She is 77 years old and still kicking butt! I have been salivating all day thinking about the delectable noms she will have for us tomorrow! What better way to show what's on my mind than to do some Thanksgiving feast nails!!

When I planned this out in my head, it made perfect sense and I anticipated it to be quite easy. LOL WRONG!! This most certainly challenged my skills! Well, it didn't help matters that I only used Essence Colour & Go polishes! I have appx 25 of them, but only about half were color-appropriate! I ended up using 14 different colors! HOLY MOLY!

I decided not to use top coat this time, I really like the fine detail and I think Seche Vite would have smooshed it! It was also hard to "pose" for these photos because I did the designs sideways. I rotated the photos all different ways so you wouldn't have to keep turning your head LOL. See how thoughtful I am!

Artificial light, no flash.

Candied Yams (my Memmy makes THE BEST ones ever!)

Turkey!! OM NOM NOM NOM!!

OMG MY FAVORITE! Pumpkin Pie!!! With whipped cream of course!

Corn on the cob!

Cornucopia aka Horn of Plenty! LOL

Sooooo what do you think?! Can you tell what the heck is on each nail? LOL

I recognized the turkey and the horn of plenty. :D But perhaps that's just because I'm in a country where we don't have such a thing as thanksgiving. :)
