All That Glitters Rebel Rebel!

Quickie post time! I am having a very busy day today, but I wanted to still get a post up for you.

Again I am being bad and skipping the base polish post...LOL. This is All That Glitters Rebel Rebel over Misa Jasmine, which I will show you soon! Rebel Rebel has a clear purple base with a purple shimmer and loosely packed silver and white glitters in bar and hex shape. The glitter spreads out very nicely, I did need two coats to get a decent amount on the nail though. I really like Rebel Rebel and cannot wait to try the other 3 in this collection!

All That Glitters Hole Hearted!

I needed some cheering up! I've had a crappy few days, so I decided to put something awesome on my nails! This is a TRIPLE COMBO too!! I took photos of each polish as I layered them like I always do, but in this case I needed to skip right to the finished product! I even skipped over a few posts that have been waiting to be published! OOPS! I just couldn't help myself! This mani makes me feel good! I will show you the other two polishes used in the near future though!

I started off with Model's Own Tickled Pink, followed by Hits Hefesto which is a holographic clear coat. I then added All That Glitters Hole Hearted. Hole Hearted has a clear base packed full of white heart and black hex glitter. I was surprised, the hearts weren't too difficult to get on the brush! The base is a little on the thick side, so the glitters move around on the nail, but they spread out nicely! I followed up with Glitter Tamer and then Seche Vite.

All That Glitters Spotty Dottie!

Happy St Patrick's Day to those of you who celebrate! My original intentions WERE to attempt some themed nail art for today, but I didn't have time. Yesterday I met up with friends and we went on another epic polish adventure. We were gone ALL DAY omg!! So the bad news is, I don't have a St Patty's Day mani to show you, but good news is I still had green on my nails from the other day LOL. So no one can pinch me!

In my last post I showed you Barry M Spring Green. I decided to try out my All That Glitters Spotty Dotties ALL TOGETHER on top of it! I absolutely LOVE this collection, they are some of my FAVORITE nail polishes of ALL TIME!! However, I am not sure if I actually like them all together like THIS haha! With the green underneath it reminds me of a poker table... LOL!!! What I did was layered one coat of each Spotty Dottie on top of the other. I alternated the order of application, so each Spotty Dottie ended up "on top" on one nail. This was to try and mix-up the effect. I had literally like 10 layers of polish on my nails! WOOHOO I had me some STRONGNAILZ!! After the Spotty Dotties, I added Glitter Tamer and Seche Vite. I was amazed that this dried pretty quickly with all of those coats!

What do you think? Poker anyone?

A little birdie told me that there *may* be new Spotty Dottie colors coming in the future!
(you know I AM excited haha!)

All That Glitters Very Peacock-ish!

Part Two! YES I layered All That Glitters Very Peacock-ish over Zoya Suvi!

I think these two look pretty cool together. Suvi gives it a 3-D sort of look! Very Peacock-ish can be worn alone or layered. It has a shimmery turquoise base packed full of black, blue, and gold glitter in many sizes. There are large hex, medium hex, small hex, teeny squares and bar! Application was great, I had no issues. The glitter spread out nicely and I didn't have to dig for the larger pieces. The consistency was on the thick side so two coats was just perfect! I did follow up with a coat of Gelous before finishing with Seche Vite.

All That Glitters Dear Hearts!

Hello! I decided that The Face Shop Hologram PP401 would be perfect "underwear" for All That Glitters Dear Hearts!

Dear Hearts is a potentially limited edition polish! It was made for Valentines Day, but some of the ingredients may be seasonal or no longer available. I am very happy I was able to get a bottle of this because I LOVE HEART GLITTER!!! Who cares if Valentines Day is over?! I would rock heart glitter all year round haha! Dear Hearts has a pink shimmery base full of teeny silver glitter. There are small dark pink (or perhaps red?) hex glitters in addition to the heart glitters which are different shades of pink. Application was pretty good! You could probably wear this alone, without layering like I did. The hearts were a little tricky to get out, I had to be like the honey badger and do some digging! *in Randall's voice* LOOK at that digging!! LOL I think it was well worth it though, this is such a pretty polish!

All That Glitters Frantic Romantic!

YAY! Another All That Glitters polish!!

In my last post I showed you Illamasqua Grab. I thought it would be the perfect color for under All That Glitters Frantic Romantic! I was right too hee hee. Frantic Romantic has a sheer pink base with pink and purple glitters (some are holographic), mostly hex shape, in several sizes. There is also HEART SHAPED glitter OMG!! I am pleased to mention that I did not have to "fish and dig" for the hearts either! As you can see in my photos, I ended up with at least one heart on each nail. The glitter spreads out quite nicely. This is two coats followed by Glitter Tamer and Seche Vite.

All That Glitters Cha Cha Twist!

A few posts back I showed you my haul from All That Glitters. Several of you wanted me to try Cha Cha Twist first. Without further adieu...

Cha Chat Twist has a clear blue base with mostly blue glitter in several shapes and sizes. There is also red squares, my favorite part, as well as blue holographic glitter. I recommend layering this polish, I chose Inglot 321. This was my first experience with an All That Glitters polish. I am impressed and I do recommend them! I didn't have to "fish" for the larger pieces of glitter, a decent amount ended up on the nail. I would have liked to see a little bit more red in the mix though. This is two coats of Cha Cha Twist followed by one coat of Gelous then Seche Vite.
